
The United States Postal Service (USPS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) is hosting an Employer Information Session. Deputy Assistant Inspector General, Amanda Stafford, will be providing an overview of working at USPS OIG. Additionally, recent alumna Laiba Javed '22 and current graduate student, Samuel Nass '23, will be discussing what it is like working with USPS OIG.
Lunch will be provided to attendees.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Amanda Stafford is the Deputy Assistant Inspector General (DAIG) Retail, Marketing, and Supply Management. She joined the OIG in 2011, first serving as an Economist Specialist and then Director within the Risk Analysis Research Center. In 2019 she helped form the Research Insights Solutions Center as the Chief of Research and Acting Chief of Data Analytics and assumed the DAIG position for the group. Stafford joined the Office of Audit in January 2021 as Acting DAIG Retail, Delivery, and Marketing and filled the position permanently in June 2021.
Prior to joining the OIG, Stafford began her federal career working for the Postal Service in the Global Business group in strategic planning, pricing, and financial roles. Her career started in the private sector where she worked for Stanley Black & Decker and IKEA in marketing and logistics capacities. She earned her B.S. from the University of Maryland in Marketing and Supply Chain Management and an MBA from Georgetown.
