Marita B. Brown has over twenty years of public sector budget and management experience at all levels of government. She has served as director of the Office of Management and Budget at the county level and as the Maryland Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning at the state level. She has been a visiting scholar at the United States Congressional Budget Office and currently serves as a commissioner of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission and as chair of the Board of Retirement Trustees. She completed the JFK School of Government's Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government.
