Welcome to Executive Programs at the School of Public Policy.  For over twenty-five years, Executive Programs has offered a wide range of educational programs in partnership with public, private, and non-profit entities.

With the ever-increasing demands placed on public servants today, it is essential that organizations invest in their leaders' professional development and capacity for continued success.  Executive Programs exists to enhance the performance of individuals and organizations serving the public, and it is our mission to develop leaders who make a difference in both their organizations and in public policy. 

Executive Programs draws on the University of Maryland's talented faculty and practitioners in the design and delivery of customized leadership development and public policy programs for mid-career and senior-level professionals.
