"Strategies for increasing Indigenous People's role in Biodiversity Conservation"

Claudia Sobrevila is Senior Biodiversity Specialist at the World Bank. She has a PhD in ecology from Harvard University and has held key positions at the Nature Conservancy and at Conservation International. She is also founder of the EcoVillages Foundation. Claudia's travels have always taken her to remote natural areas in South and Central America where she has frequently been able to meet indigenous groups.
