Dr. Mark Starik's research and teaching interests include: strategic environmental management, sustainability policy and management, stakeholder management, particularly in the global energy and tourism sectors, and NGO Strategy & Sustainability. He is involved in a number of service activities including: directing the GW SMPP Environmental and Social Sustainability Initiative (ESSI), advising the GW Net Impact student group, moderating ONE-N listserv for the Academy of Management Organization and the Natural Environment (ONE) interest group, and serving as President of Sustainability Now!
