What We Do
The Office of Executive Programs partners with public, private and non-profit entities that are committed to improving mid-career professionals' and leaders' capacity to serve the public effectively. OEP is a hub for the teaching of policy analysis and management, and the provision of related technical assistance, to public service-oriented professionals.
OEP offers more than 20 specialized programs incorporating cutting edge innovations in public policy and management education. These highly rated programs address pressing issues facing public decision-makers in their daily work and long-range decision-making environments. OEP offers education and training in many relevant public policy areas.
Drawing upon both years of experience from our instructors and up-to-the-minute research in the field, OEP also offers technical assistance and consulting services that help improve the structures and systems within organizations and federal agencies. Ranging from specialized consultation outside of our educational programs to digital organization surveys, OEP provides tailored services to fit any educational need.
