Results Accountability: Core to the work of the Results Leadership Program is Results Accountability an action-oriented methodology for producing measurable improvements for customers and communities. The principals of the Results Leadership Program, Mark Friedman, and Phil Lee, have for more than a decade supported cutting-edge efforts to implement Results Accountability in federal agencies, national non-profits, over 40 states, and 7 countries outside the United States. In 2005, Friedman published Trying Hard is Not Good Enough: How to Produce Measurable Improvements for Customers and Communities. Building an Accountability Culture: To produce measurable improvements for customers and communities requires, in addition to an accountability framework, a culture of accountability. The Results Leadership Program provides leaders and managers the educational and other support necessary to build cultures of accountability in their agencies and communities. This support is geared to foster individual, organizational, and community competencies in Results Leadership, Results Based Facilitation™, Interest Based Negotiation and Skilled Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, and Systems Thinking, as well as Results Accountability. Programs and Other Support: The Results Leadership Program supports organizations and communities through: customized executive leadership development programs; executive masters programs in public management; certificate programs and workshops; organizational and individual assessments; executive coaching; technical assistance; research and documentation; publication; and conferences. Clients: The Results Leadership Program serves federal agencies, national foundations and other national non-profits, and state and local public and non-profit agencies. Their client list includes but are not limited to: Health Resources and Service Administration, Maryland State Department of Education, and Save the Children.
