The Environmental Compliance Consortium (ECC) is a collaborative effort among state environmental enforcement agencies to develop better ways to measure and manage the environmental and compliance performance of regulated entities, and to improve the management of the enforcement and compliance programs of state regulatory agencies. The ECC also provides a forum for the states to share information on their programs and to identify best practices. Over a dozen states currently participate in the ECC.
