Executive education is central to the Maryland School of Public Policy's mission of developing leaders who make a difference in both their organizations and in public policy arenas. For over twenty five years, the Office of Executive Programs (OEP) has been developing and delivering highly specialized and well-received training programs in partnership with public, private, and non-profit entities. In short, the Office exists to enhance the performance of individuals and organizations serving the public.

OEP serves a vital outreach function for the nationally ranked School of Public Policy providing tailored executive educational programs that attract over 800 professionals each year. OEP's program offerings draw on the School's talented faculty as well as the resources of the larger University and practitioner community in the design and delivery of customized programs, technical assistance, and consultative services that are geared to the production of high impact, systemic change over the long term.
