TRANSFER CREDITS

Transfer credits (up to a maximum of 6 credits) from prior graduate coursework may be accepted into the Program upon the review and approval of the Executive Dean, Maryland School of Public Policy and the Graduate School.

For credits to be eligible, they must meet the following conditions: (a) The course work must be no more than seven years old at the time of graduation; (b) the graduate director and the advisor must indicate to the Dean of the Graduate School that the course work taken has been revalidated by the students demonstration that the knowledge contained in the course(s) remains current. Each course for which revalidation is requested must be justified separately. Under no circumstances will any transfer credits be accepted that are more than seven years old at the time of graduation.
