The Executive Master Program begins with a foundational Seminar in Leading and Motivating People and continues with courses designed to develop the needed management, leadership, and policy skils required by today's public-minded professionals. Students take courses in the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. Following the cohort schedule will enable students to graduate from the Program in 18 months.
